Mental Health Clients – How Are We Doing?
NEOFACS uses client feedback to improve our services.
In May, clients in selected Mental Health programs at North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services (NEOFACS) will be invited to participate in a survey. Your responses will help us to improve the quality of our services.
Who Can Participate?
- Clients in selected programs* who are 12 years or older
- Caregivers of all clients in these programs
Do I Have To Do This?
- No, this is voluntary. Your choice will not impact your care.
The information you provide will be anonymous, confidential and is part of a province-wide collection designed to help enhance mental health services.
