The Brighter Futures program of North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services (NEOFACS) requires a new registration to be completed every year. These registrations help NEOFACS apply and receive funding for the program.

Completed registrations can be emailed, faxed or mailed to North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services.
