Lisa Waldon Bio:
My name is Lisa Waldon and I am a mother of two children that live with learning challenges (high functioning Autism, ADHD, ADD, Anxiety, Audio processing and sensory challenges).
For years I felt alone and wished for tips and tricks to ease my children’s challenges. I wanted to know that I wasn’t alone. I read many books, watched many Youtube videos, movies, documentaries and talked to many professionals. I found that from all my watching, reading and listening I did get a little something from each effort. I like to refer to them as “Golden Nuggets”.
Golden Nuggets are those little things that worked for our family.
My children are now 9 and 16 years old and I feel like I’m at the point in my life where we are no longer in survival mode. I feel that it’s time for me to share and give back. I would love to share with you our challenges and how we approached them….and maybe…just maybe you will walk away with a Golden Nugget.
