It might still be summer, but the new school year will be here before we know it!
With support from the North Eastern Ontario Children's Foundation, we're kicking off our annual Back to School Campaign to make sure kids in our communities have the tools they need for a successful start to the school year!
We're here to help reduce some of the added stress or anxiety the back-to-school transition can cause for children, youth, and their families.
You can help by donating new school supplies to any North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services (NEOFACS) office location or a monetary donation from now until August 2, 2024.
- We accept donations made by cash, cheques made out to “North Eastern Ontario Children’s Foundation”, or online payments via the Foundation's CanadaHelps.org online donation form.
Here are some items that are always greatly appreciated:
- Backpacks, lunch bags, ice packs, pencils, lined paper, binders, erasers, pens, rulers, glue sticks, scissors, graph paper, calculators, thermoses, notebooks, duo-tangs, dividers, pencil cases, highlighters, pencil sharpeners, spiral notebooks, highlighters, geometry sets, painting smocks, white-out, and combination locks.
