North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services (NEOFACS) is pleased to offer a FREE Anxiety Management Group for children ages 8 to 12 in French at our office in Hearst, Wednesdays, from November 6 to December 18, 2019.
The sessions will focus on the following topics:
- Anxiety, what is it?
- Signs and symptoms of anxiety
- Anxiety triggers
- Anxiety management strategies
- Problematic thoughts and problem-solving
