RECORDS DISCLOSURE WORKER
Twelve Month Full-time Contract Position in any NEOFACS Location

As a member of the Disclosure and Records team you will responsible for completing requests for the Agency’s business records, while ensuring prohibited information is not disclosed. You will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date system to track disclosure requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS):
• Diploma in Social Service Worker, Office or Business Administration along with one to three years’ of related experience. Familiarity with the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, Family Law Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), Mental Health Act, Youth Criminal Justice Act, Freedom of Information and Privacy Act (FIPPA).
• Ability to compile and prepare accurate record disclosure documents and file redactions, excellent proof reading skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle
