HEARST— Join North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services (NEOFACS) for their annual community picnic in Hearst on Friday, July 26, 2019, from 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m., at the Caisse Populaire parking lot, located at 908 Prince Street. The event aims to bring the community together to celebrate summer, family and friends.

This year’s family-friendly event will have a free BBQ featuring hot dogs and bottled water, face painting, games, crafts and inflatables. The EarlyON child and family centre in Hearst will also provide a variety of fun activities.

Local businesses and organizations are invited to set up booths at the event for an opportunity to share information on their services or provide an activity for children, youth and families to enjoy.

Volunteer opportunities are available for students looking for volunteer hours, or for anyone interested to get out in the community and be part of this event.

The success of this picnic relies greatly on our sponsors. NEOFACS appreciates the support of Jean’s Diesel Shop Ltd., Caisse Alliance, Brian’s Independent Grocer, Pizza Place, Mario Proulx Body Shop, Canadian Tire, Town of Hearst, Fresh Off the Block, Lebel Chainsaw, Expert Chevrolet Buick GMC LTD., Sam’s Car Sales, Fern Girard Construction, and B&B Auto Sports & Marine Inc.
