LBCG Consulting for Impact is working on behalf of NEOFACS to develop a new plan to set our strategic priorities for the coming years. To inform this important work, we are set to embark on a robust consultation process that will involve hearing from our employees, clients (youth and adults), resource families, volunteers, community partners and Board of Governors.
