NEOFACS offers a number of programs and services that support early learning and development. The EarlyON Child and Family Centres and Brighter Futures programs provides support to parents/caregivers and programs for children 0-6 years. These programs and supports ensure children have the very best possible start in life. The center promotes optimal development and readiness to learn in a healthy, safe and supportive environment.
NEOFACS also operates the Supervised Access Program which offer services to address challenges related to visitations and exchanges for separated or divorced families.
